This website is operated by Hitex Health Nest — Acupuncture and Chiropractic Center, Hitex Health Nest, 3rd Floor, 301, Sai Jyothi Apartments Society, beside Aditya Sunshine Lane, Hanuman Nagar, Shilpa Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084. By booking an appointment through it, you agree to these terms.

This is important, so it is stated plainly: booking through this website submits an appointment request with a preferred date and time. It does not, by itself, reserve that exact slot.

Our team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the final timing against the doctor’s availability. If your first choice is unavailable we will discuss your backup date, or agree another time with you.

Paying online confirms the booking and secures the consultation. It does not guarantee the specific hour you selected.

Current fees for services bookable online:

• Pulmonology₹500 per consultation.
• Diabetes₹500 per consultation.
• Acupuncture₹1,000 per consultation.
• Chiropractic₹1,000 per consultation.
• Yoga for Health & Well-being₹2,000 / month — a recurring monthly subscription, not a one-off consultation.

Lifestyle Diseases does not have a published online fee. These are booked as a request with no payment taken, and the fee is discussed with you at consultation.

The amount you pay is always calculated by our server from the fee list above. The final payable amount shown at checkout is authoritative. Fees may change, but a change never affects a booking already paid for.

Consultations are available online across India, as well as in person at the clinic in Hyderabad. Online consultations are currently offered for Pulmonology, Diabetes, at ₹500 per consultation.

Some services are available at the clinic only, because they involve hands-on treatment that cannot be delivered remotely. The booking form shows which mode applies before you pay.

After your online booking is confirmed, our team contacts you on WhatsApp with the timing and everything you need to join. We do not commit to any particular video platform on this page — the team confirms the arrangement with you directly.

Yoga for Health & Well-being is a monthly subscription, charged per month, and is not an individual appointment.

• Class timings varyBatches run at scheduled times that change from time to time. Please contact the clinic to confirm the current schedule and choose a batch before subscribing.
• One month at a timeEach payment covers one month. There is no automatic recurring charge — nothing is debited again unless you choose to pay for the following month.
• Missed classesClasses you do not attend within a paid month are not carried forward or refunded, as the batch runs regardless.

Currently: this website does not take online payments. Booking is free and the consultation or subscription fee is settled directly with the clinic. The rest of this section applies if online payment is offered again.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by this website or by the clinic.

A payment is treated as successful only after our server has verified it directly with Razorpay. If your account is debited but you do not see a confirmation, do not pay again — contact the clinic on +91 97421 12342 and we will reconcile it.

• Accurate detailsGive a name and mobile number that are correct and reachable. We cannot confirm an appointment we cannot contact you about.
• Booking for yourself or someone you may act forIf you book for another person, including a child, you confirm you are entitled to share their details and to consent on their behalf.
• Reasonable useDo not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload this website, or to make bookings you do not intend to keep.

This website provides general information and a booking facility. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice, and nothing on it should be acted on as if it did.

The clinic assistant on this site cannot diagnose or recommend medicines and is not a clinician. All clinical decisions are made by Dr. Bhaskar Reddy during consultation.

The clinic describes its approach as holistic, emphasising lifestyle and appropriate non-pharmacological care where clinically suitable. That is a description of approach, not a promise of outcome. We make no guarantee that any treatment will cure, resolve or improve any condition, and any suggestion otherwise is not made by this clinic.

In a medical emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this website.

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a failure at a hosting or payment provider. If online booking is unavailable, please call the clinic.

To the extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, from a delay or failure in a third-party service such as the payment gateway or WhatsApp, or from reliance on general information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law — including liability relating to the provision of medical care, and your rights as a consumer. These terms do not remove any right you have to pursue a complaint or a claim.

The content, design and branding of this website belong to the clinic and its licensors. You may read and share it, but not republish it as your own.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
